Avitance currently ships only to supported addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not available.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, a bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the transaction to the customer's account.

20. Original Shipping Charges on Returns

For standard change-of-mind returns, including cases where a customer no longer wants an otherwise conforming product or selected an incorrect size, the original $6.99 USD shipping charge is non-refundable.

Approved return shipping remains free when the customer uses the prepaid return label supplied by Avitance.

This provision does not limit remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming products where applicable law provides additional rights.
